The rest is a product deposit, which is completely refundable. * * * * * * * * * * So, how does our cloth diaper trial package work?We will send you each of the items you select from the list above. For three weeks, you will get to use the cloth diapers, test them out on your baby, and see how easy it is to wash them. At the end of your 3 week trial period, you wash all of the cloth diapers and mail back anything you do not want to keep.
If you return every item, we will refund 100% of your product deposit either in the original form of payment or in store credit. The $29.95 rental fee is non-refundable. If you are returning just a few items, the same applies. You have the option to take a credit for each item either in the original form of payment or in store credit. Each of these options would also have you deduct the rental fee as well. Refunds in the form of store credit receive a 10% bonus.

The cloth diapers in the Diaper Daisy customizable cloth diaper trial are brand new cloth diapers. What happens if I lose or damage the diapers? If you lose or damage any of the items in your rental, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your deposit. You will not be responsible for items that lose snaps or are otherwise damaged from manufacturer's defect, and you will not be charged for stained diapers (we understand this happens). However, if diapers are not returned clean and dry, a $10 service fee will be deducted from your refund. What are the shipping costs? You will be charged our standard shipping charges on your order, and you are responsible for shipping any products you wish to return back to Diaper Daisy. Return shipping costs will depend on the items in your trial (and their weight) as well as your location. Many times, custom trials weigh around 2 pounds, so you can check approximate return shipping costs with that weight at usps.com. You will be returning the diapers to 66202.
